Wrong or Missing Routines

If you receive a DVD with the wrong or missing video, please return it to the address below with a brief explanation, and we will correct the situation.

Faulty DVDs or Corrupt Files

We have a 60-day return policy from the mailing date of your DVD. If your DVD does not work or a routine is playing incorrectly, we will happily replace your DVD. A new DVD will be mailed out within seven (7) days of receipt of the faulty DVD. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for DVDs that are miss treated or somehow become damaged past 60 days.
